While in meditation I find it helpful to hold an idea or a theme to visualize a feeling you're aiming for.
Sometimes imagine filling myself with immense LOVE, and I thought it might be a helpful visualization to see that idea painted out.
My hope is that this image serves as an inspiration for you to connect to the holy energy of LOVE as well!
