While in meditation I find it helpful to hold an idea or a theme to visualize a feeling you're aiming for. The theme for this inspiration is PEACE. When I felt into the idea of Peace, this is what I saw, an angel in a fluffy cloud heaven spreading light rainbows with her emanations of peace, the positive forms making a peace symbol also.
