One day while meditating I had the inspiration to create this painting, which led to a series of three square paintings. While in meditation I often like to imagine filling myself with Light, filling up and shining out of the body. The painting of this serves as a helpful visualization for meditation, to see that idea in a more direct way.

My hope is that this image serves as an inspiration for you to connect to the holy energy of LIGHT as well!
