Originally inspired by the galactic Hubble space image of The Pillars of Creation, this painting took on a life of its own as the nebulas flowed through my paintbrush. Within the painting you can see a cosmic dancer at the center, who almost seems to be turning into the large raven spirit above him. Also I saw an angel in the mists, and the whole scene is surrounded by a giant subtle heart, representing universal love.

Prints of several sizes available in my Etsy shop.

A poet friend of mine wrote a poem for this image which I think captures it's spirit beautifully:

Poem by Knowa Know

I nursed the stars in the palm of your cosmos.

I ran among the pillars of creation as I crafted my wings

to fly, away from the infinity of streams of possibilities.

The wings mixed with rainbow nebulas, whom I raised.

The ravens that invest my soul are never eternally bound.

My roads and the angels my universe creates, is apparent...

The central world, the space I envelop is expanding...

The love I placed in creating you have taken shape

into a heart that compasses all but holds nothing—

A pale comparison to the expansion of whom I nurse.

I want to claim that heart once again, I want to grow...

The universe needs another caretaker, a teacher

As angels wander around me and the heart, I smile—

A black void from before is slowly losing its control.

The colors are flying, dancing, in full celebration!

My job is done, I’ve nursed another colorful universe

and I have essentially expanded my time as the teacher.

I must travel on to spread my cosmic, godly teachings.
