This painting was made in honor of my very talented musical husband, Darius Lux. I started the idea around when I was touring with him, many miles up and down the West Coast. I would watch him play gig after gig of varying sizes of audiences. 
 
I began to visualize that no matter how big the crowd, his touching, resonant music was echoing out into the universe, on a loop that could be played throughout time and space. Who knows all the places the vibration of music can be felt? Who knows all the ways it can stir one's soul!?
